Jason Henle
Jason Henle has proudly served the Indianola Community with IMU for 28 years, making him one of our most tenured employees. He is currently in the Electric Service Department, which is responsible for service locates, repairing street lights, and responding to any trouble calls throughout the day. From in the trenches to soaring in a bucket truck, Jason and the Service Crews work daily to keep IMU Customers safe and connected.
Jason’s favorite part of the job is seeing the happiness of the IMU customers when the power is turned back on after any major storms or extended outages. Often when these unplanned outages occur, getting service restored can take many difficult hours of labor. Knowing that customers trust and appreciate the expertise of the IMU Service Department to quickly repair the lines and reconnect homes and businesses makes the work worthwhile.
When he is not at work Jason enjoys spending time with his family, and hunting, fishing, and helping out with the hot air balloons that frequently fly over the Indianola countryside.
