Breanna Catron, Customer Service Representative, has worked for IMU since April of 2021. Taking time for customers over the phone and in person, ensuring that their needs are met, Breanna always does her best to share her smile with everyone. She helps customers find solutions to billing concerns to keep the lights on, the water flowing, and the fiber services connected to keep families and their homes safe and comfortable.

Breanna and her husband Alex live in Milo with their daughter, Wren. Breanna loves celebrating all life’s milestones big and small with their extensive family and friends group. Weekends will often find them at a wedding, birthday party, or celebrating the joy of small town living at community events or Milo Fire Department activities where Alex is a member of the Volunteer Fire Crew.
